Let's talk about support. In Elk Island Public Schools, teachers are given the same opportunity to respond to surveys as we have had as parents. So they also, respond to the annual feedback survey, the EIPS budget survey, and the provincial assurance survey.
Additionally, sometimes there can be school based surveys or there are other avenues for teacher feedback.
All of the information that is given in those surveys is collated and presented as data or results.
Part of results review and assurance review is ensuring that we have the correct markers, and we've heard from all of the stakeholders in being able to set, goals for the future and then work toward achieving those goals. So it's all quite measurable.
So teachers' conditions and teachers' feedback is a central part of goal setting and planning in EIPS.
